• We partner with UPS, USPS, and FedEx, automatically selecting the optimal shipping solution for each order
• All orders ship from our studio in Yorktown Heights, NY

Standard Shipping:
✓ Free shipping to contiguous 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
✓ Estimated delivery: 5-9 business days
✓ Order processing: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)

Expedited Options:
✦ Overnight and 2-day delivery available
✦ Expedited fees calculated based on order weight, destination, and speed
✦ For expedited service, please contact customer service immediately after placing order

• All preserved floral arrangements use professional shock-proof packaging
• Wooden crafts and candles receive additional protective measures
• Delivery estimates may be affected by weather conditions

International Orders:
We currently do not offer international shipping
